Home Inspectors in Stevensville, MD
Home Inspectors in Stevensville, MD Serving Queen Anne’s County
When you think of the most memorable places in Maryland, Stevensville should be at the top. It’s where our state capital can be found and it has some great history.
Located on the banks of historic Bull Run, Stevensville was founded as a steamboat terminal and today houses 100 structures from its early days. There are many other historical sites worth noticing in this charming town including The Christ Church which was established before 1836 when it first served Methodists who settled here at what would become known as “West Point.”
The community also holds another distinction-as one out only two registered historic districts left around here (Centreville) — which means there are tons more reasons why anyone should visit this quaint little town if they get chance.

Highland Home Inspections has been in business since 1989.
Born out of a love relationship with the 100-year-old farmhouse Rick Belliveau bought after moving to Maryland, Rick combined his electrical engineering knowledge, US Navy submarine experience, and natural teaching ability to conduct pre-purchase home inspections for friends and relatives. He attended the Property Inspectors Training Institute course and quickly pursued the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) membership and certification while doing many more inspections on a part-time basis. The growing demand for his inspections resulted in a career move from Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory to a full-time inspections service.
HHI now averages more than 2,000 inspections a year. Over the years, Rick has grown the company to include 10 certified and licensed home inspectors, as well as 2 full-time office managers to quickly meet caller’s needs. The offices are located in Highland, Maryland in Howard County and Prince Frederick, Maryland in Calvert County.
The Highland Home Inspection team is second to none.
